Anger
Feelings of anger can often be overwhelming and frightening.
Anger is a natural response to underlying feelings of sadness, fear or loss. When our anger becomes overwhelming though, we can find ourselves responding in ways that may not be appropriate and that can be damaging to our relationships and to ourselves. Therapy for anger management can help the individual explore the roots of the anger, process the feelings and experience relief from the distress the anger has caused.
