Jessica Sinclair

Jessica's training, practice and interest as an integrative therapist is in working with clients to understanding their earliest childhood relationships and how these impact upon their present difficulties. Alongside looking at the past she also looks at present, repeated patterns of thinking and belief that may cause the client to be unable to move forward. She believes in building a strong relationship between the therapist and the client, providing a safe and confidential environment and finding the most appropriate way of working with them as individuals.

Jessica also practices as a couples therapist, working with the couple to help facilitate an understanding of their relationship as well as the needs of each individual within it.

Jessica obtained her first Masters degree from Oxford University in 1998 and has a Masters and an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapy.

She is UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) accredited and a member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and has worked for many years as a London psychotherapist at Guys and St Thomas’ NHS trust and in private practice.
